These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Ben Carkaxhia operating AEGIS OS ("AEGIS OS", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the platform you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you warrant you have authority to bind that organisation.
AEGIS OS provides an AI Operating System ("Platform") comprising:
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes to paid features will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Each subscription tier includes defined usage allowances. Excessive usage that materially degrades service for other customers may result in temporary throttling or account review.
AI outputs are not professional advice. AEGIS OS agents provide decision support. They are not qualified legal, financial, medical, or professional advisors. You remain responsible for all business decisions made using AI-generated outputs.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Platform, including messages, tasks, company information, and agent configurations. We process your data solely to provide the service.
Where GDPR applies, these Terms incorporate our Data Processing Agreement. As a Data Processor, we:
You act as Data Controller for personal data you input about your customers, employees, or contacts. We act as Data Processor on your behalf.
Each customer's data is stored in an isolated database schema. No customer can access another customer's data. Our employees access customer data only when necessary to provide support and only with appropriate access controls.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all agents. No payment card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, the account is restricted to Free tier features unless you upgrade.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR. You authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on the billing date each month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
AEGIS OS and all associated software, branding, and documentation are owned by Ben Carkaxhia. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for the duration of your subscription.
Your data, your Company Mission content, and outputs generated by your agents from your inputs remain your intellectual property.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid tiers. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Groq, Telegram, WhatsApp, Stripe) or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 90 days, then delete it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Albania has adopted comprehensive data protection legislation aligned with the GDPR. For EU/EEA customers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply.
We encourage resolving disputes informally first — contact [email protected]. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Albania, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
