👁 How It Starts

You log in.
It already read your week.

AEGIS watches the channels you connect and surfaces what slipped — the quiet chases, the dropped promises — the moment you open your workspace. No dashboard to build, no report to run.

The core idea: open AEGIS and the first thing you see isn't a blank chat — it's vigilance. What slipped this week is already waiting for you, sourced and ready for your judgment.

The front door

Open AEGIS and the first thing you see isn't a blank chat — it's vigilance. What it shows depends on where you are:

Nothing connected yet
AEGIS can't watch what it can't see. Connect your inbox, Microsoft 365, or knowledge base and your first weekly read lands right here.
Reading your week
The first time after you connect, AEGIS reads your threads in the background and fills the screen when it's done — you don't press anything.
All clear this week
AEGIS read everything and nothing slipped. That isn't an empty screen — it's the all-clear.
What your team missed
Each catch with its source, ready to approve into memory or dismiss.

What you do with a catch

A catch is a suggestion, not an action. You stay in control:

Approve
Keep it in AEGIS's memory as something that mattered — human-confirmed, so the system learns what you care about.
Dismiss
Tell AEGIS it wasn't worth surfacing. It won't show you that one again.
View source
The source email or document opens inline — right there, without leaving the screen — so you see exactly what triggered the catch before you decide. For catch types where inline reconstruction isn't available, AEGIS links you into Memoria instead.

What it watches — and what it doesn't

AEGIS only watches what you connect — your email and the documents in your knowledge base. It never reaches into anything you haven't given it.

Today it reads your email threads for the things that quietly go wrong: a chase that went silent, a reply you owe, a commitment with no follow-through. As we add more, the same screen will surface more — and every catch always shows its real source, so you always know where it came from.

How it works behind the screen

It runs when you land, not on a timer.
The first time you open your workspace each week — or right after you connect a new source — AEGIS does the read in the background. It's ready when you arrive, and it never spends effort on accounts nobody is using.
It holds a week.
Once AEGIS has read your week, that read stands until the next one. You're not re-running it every time you click.
You are the gate.
Nothing enters AEGIS's durable memory until you approve it.

The same front door for every tenant

This isn't built for one customer. Any AEGIS workspace — whether we set it up for you or you connected your own sources — lands on the same vigilance front door. Connect a source, log in, see what slipped. That is the product.

In a pilot, you log into your own workspace and see your own catches from your own inbox — not a slideshow, not someone else's data.
