Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "task"?
Every time you ask an agent to do something — draft an email, analyse a lead, generate a report, run a workflow — that's one task. Scheduled automations each count as one task when they run.
What happens when Business reaches 2,000 tasks?
It is a soft, notified limit, not a surprise shutdown. Admins receive notices near the limit and at the limit, then choose whether to move to Enterprise or request a custom allowance. Premium model usage remains separately governed so one workspace cannot create runaway AI spend.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is there really no credit card for the trial?
Correct. 14 days, all features, no card required. You only add a payment method when you choose to upgrade.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your account pauses. Nothing is deleted. You can upgrade anytime to restore access instantly.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — toggle to annual above and save ~17%. Annual plans are billed upfront.
