Up until now, working with AEGIS meant one conversation at a time. You'd ask Aria to research a market, take her output, paste it to Viktor, take his output, hand it to Bora. Useful — but still you doing the coordination.
That changes now.
We shipped multi-step workflows. Chain agents together — each one gets the previous agent's output as its input — and the whole sequence runs automatically. Press run once. Walk away.
What it looked like in practice
I ran the YouTube Channel Planner workflow to test it live. Four steps:
- Aria (Marketing) — researches the niche, identifies content gaps, lists the top video formats that drive subscribers in the space
- Viktor (Finance) — sizes the monetisation opportunity: CPM estimates, sponsor category rates, estimated channel revenue at 10k / 50k / 100k subscribers
- Bora (Ops) — builds the production plan: episode cadence, batch filming schedule, toolstack, hours per video
- Angie (Chief of Staff) — synthesises everything into a channel brief with a 90-day launch roadmap
Total time: 8 minutes. A complete YouTube channel strategy — market research, revenue projections, production plan, launch roadmap — while I made a coffee.
And the result didn't just sit in AEGIS. It landed in my Telegram. One notification, the full output, ready to act on.
Scheduling is where it compounds
Any workflow can be scheduled — daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom cron. The Weekly Business Review runs every Friday at 6pm. The Monthly Financial Review runs on the 1st. The Lead Qualification Sequence fires when a new contact hits HubSpot.
The agents run their shifts. You get the output. You do the things that actually need a human.
That's the compounding part: the more workflows you set up, the more ground your agents cover — automatically, in parallel, every week — without you managing any of it.
29 templates, install in one click
We shipped 29 workflow templates across 15 business categories — Content & Media, Sales & Business Development, Finance & Investment, HR & Recruitment, Operations, Legal, Real Estate, E-Commerce, Social Media, and more.
Each template comes with an input hint so you know exactly what to type. Each step is pre-configured with the right agent for the job. Install, run, done.
And if none of the 29 templates fit? You can build your own — chain any agents in any order, write custom prompts for each step, give it a trigger keyword. The Workflow Coach (built into the builder) will generate a multi-step structure from a plain-language description if you'd rather start that way.
What this changes
Most "AI agent" tools give you a faster chatbot. A better autocomplete. A smarter search.
This is different. This is agents doing work — real, multi-step, cross-functional work — on a schedule, without supervision, and reporting back when it's done.
Your agents now work in shifts. You just decide what the shift looks like.
